Monthly rates include high-speed Internet, expanded cable, unlimited-local telephone with voice mail, and all necessary utilities unless otherwise indicated. Parking and housekeeping service are available – please contact us for specific rates. All properties are fully furnished and accessorized, including small appliances, TV, clock radio, telephone, utensils, dishes, linens, towels, pots/pans, and more. One-bedroom residences offer sleeper/sofas in the living room for the convenience of overnight guests.
