Our properties vary in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom townhouses, with prices from $2,200 to $5,300 per month. Monthly rent includes all utilities, expanded basic cable TV, unlimited local phone service with voice mail, and high-speed Internet service. Housekeeping service available for an extra charge. All properties are fully furnished and accessorized, including small appliances, TV, clock radio, phone, utensils, dishes, linens, towels, pots/pans, and more. Most one-bedroom apartments are equipped with a sofa bed in the living room.

Pet Policy: Except where noted, there is a 35-pound pet weight limit. Maximum two pets per residence where permitted. One-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet required. We also require a monthly pet rental surcharge of $50.00 per month.
